LAUNCHING YHRMS, Yoma Human Resource Management System

On 1^st June 2001, Yoma Bank again launched its own in-house developed Yoma Human Resource Management System.

As at to-date, we have fully computerized our Human Resource Department – starting from staff bio-data, disciplinary/promotion records, payroll/bonus, leave management up to time management to monitor staff's attendance effectively.
