COMMUNITY PROJECTS Micro
Financing – Dry Zone Project Community Yoma
Bank as a corporate citizen of the country and with civic consciousness,
has provided micro-financing for the farmers in Kyaupadaung, Magway and
Chaung U. This micro-financing
project was jointly operated together with
UNDP. The
loans will be utilized in the areas of agriculture and livestock to assist
the rural folks. From the three designated areas in the dry zone, a total
of 5,688 households will benefit from this project with the loans provided. The total loan amount to be disbursed totaled up to Ks. 3.33 million.
